DPR Construction Training
In 2009, The Stahl Companies facilitated a 5 day training seminar over the course of a month to DPR construction. This training was tailored to a company that was getting more and more into California healthcare construction, and felt it was necessary to better train a variety of their personnel on the OSHPD process and an overall look at building within the healthcare industry. This program offered a great spectrum of speakers sharing their direct work experiences from OSHPD and Licensing to Facilities Management and Infection Control, and everything in between. The staff of DPR was able to walk away with a new knowledge and appreciation of the process of healthcare construction and all that it entails.
XL Construction
This client approached Stahl to assist their company with understanding OSHPD requirements as it related to the types of projects XL was pursing in California. Stahl put together a training program to educate the company leadership with the necessary information. The program was an 8 hour training session that incorporated the regulatory compliance issues that were determined to be the most challenging to XL but also the most beneficial.
Managing Environment of Care Risks During Healthcare Construction Seminar
The Stahl Companies has developed very special relationships with many companies who are currently involved in the health care construction industry. Forensic Analytical is one of these companies. Infection Control and disruption planning are paramount when it comes to the healthcare construction program and the various delivery models. Stahl has had the opportunity to work with Forensic Analytical and was very impressed with their knowledge of the environment of care issues. As a result of this relationship, Stahl decided to put on a seminar for the industry using our construction experience and application of environment of care practices relative to the work. We combined it with Forensic’s knowledge to deliver one of the most successful seminars of the year.
