ACUTE CARE FACILITIES
Acute care facilities are some of the most comprehensive and challenging projects imaginable, and require a high level of expertise and experience to navigate through the construction and regulatory process.
PHARMACIES
It wasn't too long ago that pharmacies were almost an afterthought. Today, they are highly regulated facilities which must comply with guidelines nearly as stringent as those regulating acute care centers. The Stahl Companies is proud to have guided many pharmacy projects to success.
SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES
Assisted living facilities pose a difficult challenge, as they must meet California's strict regulatory standards for healthcare facilities, while also being warm, comfortable, inviting places for the patients who call them home.
MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDINGS
MOBs have undergone a revolution. What were once cookie-cutter facilities—universally composed of suites interconnected by hallways with the typical complement of records storage, exam rooms, and waiting rooms—are now highly complex multi-specialty facilities which must support personnel integration and collaboration.
LABORATORIES
Few healthcare construction projects are so stringently regulated as laboratories, which must be built to enable personnel to safely handle, examine, and dispose of biohazardous materials.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Behavioral health spaces are rapidly growing and diversifying. Such facilities must now encompass traditional one-on-one counseling suites, as well as group counseling rooms, classrooms, and areas for activities such as exercise, film-viewing, yoga, and even arts and crafts.
