This year we continue to build on the foundation we created during 2021 with the theme of “the health of our employees”. Keeping physical health in the forefront of our thoughts helps us to make good choices, whether it be to choose the stairs over the elevator or choosing the grilled chicken over deep-fried.
Through the observance of Heart Month in February, our desire is to help in supporting the American Heart Association’s efforts to raise awareness. February 4th was Wear Red Day. While a few of us were challenged to find something red in our closets, as a team we were cognizant of the reminder wearing red represented.
