Casa de las Campanas

Stahl work here consisted of a consulting agreement to assist with the agency process. This facility is a Life Plan Community. The project, a new skilled nursing building added to the campus, consisting of 3 stories, 87,000 SF, built under the new Household Model section of the California Building Code. The floor plan gives the facility a more home-like environment rather than the typical institution-type layout.
