Kaiser, Santa Clara – OSHPD & Code Consulting

The Stahl Companies acted on behalf of Kaiser Permanente as OSHPD consultants and code consultants for this landmark 1.2 million square foot project. The Stahl team’s work with the architect included:

• Reviewing each change order package for completeness prior to submission to OSHPD
• Conducting regular onsite meetings, which allowed the Stahl team to hold other members of the design and construction team accountable, leading to the successful delivery of the project.

Since working on the Kaiser Santa Clara project, The Stahl Companies has been named a preferred vendor for constuction management services. This alliance will allow Kaiser to tap into the collective knowledge of The Stahl Companies’ diverse staff, including OSHPD experts, IT specialists, Licensed Engineers, Registered Architects and General Contractors.
