Providence, Saint Joseph Medical Center – Pharmacy USP 800

Consisting of 3 phases to the 3,500 sq. ft. pharmacy to accomplish compliance with USP 797/800 standards, Phase 1 focused on building a new narcotics storage room. Phase 2 (the compliance phase) was the building of the clean rooms with upgrades per the standards, while also upgrading the entire HVAC system for the pharmacy to achieve the required air changes. Phase 3 centers on creating a new compounding prep area.

Phase 3 is broken out into 4 small phases (A,B,C,D). Phase 3C was completed 7/16/21 and has been signed off by OSHPD. Phase 3D continued with the replacement of camera and door and is complete.
