Dignity Health, Woodland Healthcare – New Medical Office Building

After being awarded this project in 2006, The Stahl Companies worked with the architect and Owner to quickly bring a pre-construction services provider and engineering consultants onto the project to complete construction documents. With The Stahl Companies facilitating city planning and building permit approvals, construction began eight months later. The 58,000 SF greenfield facility included Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Pediatrics, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Allergy, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Occupational Medicine, Pharmacy, Lab, Diagnostic Radiology, and Women’s Breast Imaging. The project was completed ahead of schedule and significantly under budget.
