POSTPONED – Stahl Speaker Series: Strategic Planning in an Ever Changing Healthcare World

March 11, 2020

POSTPONED:

As you are aware, for the next several weeks we have all been advised to practice social distancing where practical and possible. As a cautionary measure to protect our speakers, our guests, and our staff, we are postponing the 3rd in our Stahl Speaker Series, Strategic Planning in an Ever-Changing Healthcare World, originally scheduled to occur on Friday, April 3rd.

Stay tuned for the rescheduling of the presentation we are now even more excited to share on a topic that will continue to grow in relevance.

Please join The Stahl Companies as we hear thoughts from industry leaders and participate in an interactive discussion, presented by Eric Rasmussen & Tracy Gordon.

It’s not uncommon for a hospital master plan to be thoughtfully developed, only to be left on a shelf to collect dust. A master plan can be a powerful complement to the strategic plans of medical centers, especially when regular adjustments are made to each in response to market, regulatory, technology, and other changes. Even more powerful is a system-wide master plan reflective of the overall strategy that weaves together the many services and specialties individual medical centers have to the respective communities they serve, without competing with themselves for patients.
.
We will hold a discussion about master planning and the benefits this process lends to the overall strategic plan of a medical center and the greater medical system, to include inpatient and outpatient strategies, from the perspective of a team which has worked diligently to reap the rewards.
